Welcome! I am a Research Economist at Fannie Mae. My research is broadly related to cities and urban economies. It intersects both real estate and labor economics and includes works on spatial patterns of risk-return trade-offs in real estate markets, congestion and labor market outcomes, and the trade-offs that households make between the quality of their home and urban environment.

I hold a doctorate in economics from Syracuse University.
